To the Four County Little League Baseball Community,

I am excited to begin my 5th year as League President and my 9th year as a Manager with Four County Little League!

Over the past four years, the Board and I have worked incredibly hard to bring FCLL back to pre-COVID levels of participation—and I’m proud to say that the 2024/2025 season was our best year yet. We celebrated 30 years of Little League baseball, surpassed our registration expectations for both the Spring and Fall seasons, saw a surge in community support through sponsorships, welcomed back familiar faces in volunteer roles, launched our Winter Workout Program, and had two teams excel in tournament play. Our Coach Pitch team won their District Championship, and our 10–12 All-Star team made it to the semifinals—huge accomplishments for our league!

The future is bright for our athletes, and we’re excited to see what the 2025/2026 season has in store.

We’ve also been focused on improving our home field, Russell Windsor. Each season, we strive to make it better, and one of my favorite parts of being out there is seeing the best sunset in town. There’s truly nothing like a sunset on a ballfield!

Beyond growing the league, our top priority has always been making improvements that will leave a lasting impact long after our time on the Board. I’m proud to share some major upgrades we’ve accomplished at Russell Windsor:

• Refurbished and reactivated the scoreboard with a brand-new sign
• Purchased two brand-new tractors for quicker and easier field maintenance
•   Added new seating and benches around the field
•  Concreted the dugouts
•  Constructed a covered batting cage (lights coming soon!)

And we’re not done yet—there are more field projects on the horizon, and we look forward to sharing those plans with you soon. These updates are all part of our commitment to ensuring the Four County community enjoys a top-tier Little League experience for years to come.

My goal has always been simple: to ensure our players and families have fun and grow to love the game of baseball as much as I did growing up. I want to help our younger players learn the game and continue to develop the skills of our seasoned athletes. I also hope our families, coaches, players, and supporters take pride in being part of a league that promotes positive mindsets, determination, and resilience in our children.

Our Board can only be successful with the involvement of our families. If you’re interested in helping out—whether on the field, in the dugout, or behind the scenes—please let me know. I promise, there’s a place for everyone.
